I have travelled my whole life, on many sailboats, planes trains and cars, lived in 426 cities in 4 countries. Have basically lived a "backwards" lifestyle; instead of working 9-5 for 40 years and then travelling, I've travelled for 40 years and am now working. 10-4 instead of 9-5, but still, you get it. When I landed on beautiful Vancouver Island I knew I was finally home.

Being Bi-polar and suffering from sometimes debilitating Fibromyalgia I needed an outlet for my seemingly endless barrage of emotions. I found art. And I fell in love. I've been a photographer for 30 years, but I didn't know I could paint. What a rush! I can throw paint, and slop it around, and throw it some more!

Opening a Gallery was, in my addled mind, the next logical step. So Gallery Meghan was born.

I then decided that I didn't want just my art in the Gallery, I wanted to display other artists as well. Help your fellow artist's, right?
